How fun are these homemade tortilla chips. Well sort of handmade, more like hand cut and cooked, but either way still amazing. These amazing details at your party make you look like a professional! And they are great for any holiday or occasion. Plain ol chips and salsa become personalized party treats!
What you will need
- Soft flour tortillas
- Olive oil
- Cookie cutters
Pre heat oven to 350°
Place the tortilla shell on cutting board and start making your shapes.
- **thinking outside the box*** This particular photo was from a Halloween party. I was making a graveyard dip. I didn’t have a tombstone cookie cutter, so I improvised by using a candy cane cookie cutter to make sure I had of the beautiful half circle top and straight line for my tombstones. It worked perfectly!
Once your tortilla shapes are cut out brush each side with olive oil and salt. Place on cookie sheet, put in oven for 10-12 minutes till golden brown.
