Boiling Brew!

The holidays are fast approaching and if you’re anything like me you’ll absolutely love this time of year. I have been anxiously waiting to put up Halloween decorations since July! Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, every year I throw a movie watching, pajama party for a small gathering of close friends we also love handing out Halloween candy to local trick-or-treaters.
What kind of party would it be if there wasn’t fun cocktails? I’m going to share with you one of my cutest/easiest party cocktails for Halloween, boiling brew! I love to stick to the theme of caramel apple during Halloween it reminds me of fond childhood memories, bobbing for apples and receiving candy apples!
Here is what you will need to make boiling brew

A scary Halloween glass or mug
Ice (make prior with plastic spiders frozen inside, it’s all about the details)
Dry ice
Vodka
Apple pucker
Club soda
Lemon-lime soda
Carmel sauce
Margarita salt (optional)

First dip rim of cup in Carmel sauce, getting a healthy amount all over the rim. Now you can add the salt if you would like, this will give you the salted Carmel effect (yumm!). next, regular ice, Fill up your glass or mug with 2 oz vodka, 1 splash of apple pucker add the club soda and lemon-lime soda to top off your glass. You can adjust amounts however you see fit. Once you have your ingredients in your glass, let’s get ready for the magic!
When dealing with dry ice BE CAREFUL it will burn you! Grab with thick gloves or tongs. Only place a small piece of dry ice on top of your brew (size of a quarter) this will add the amazing bubbling effect leaving guest wowed! Hope you love it! Let me know what you and your guests think.
